Quality Assurance

Being a quality oriented firm, we have always concentrated our efforts towards maintaining highest quality standards in our range of shirt fabrics. In line with this, we have appointed and nurtured experienced team members in our organization for attaining our set professional standards. These experts constantly supervise all our processes, right from order receipt to delivery. They also ensure only high grade yarns & other material are used for production purpose, and fabrics and end-products pass quality tests based on parameters, such as weaving potency, coloring strength and durability.

Infrastructure

We manage a vast infrastructural setup duly installed with high-tech machinery and tools. Featuring strong installation capacity, it enables us to churn out more than 4 million meters of fabrics per year. Banking on this facility, we can even undertake and execute manufacturing process for samples (as low as 500 mtrs.) as well as for bulk quantity. We also have an integrated design studio adjoining our manufacturing plant, where our design professionals work round the clock to come up with unique fabric designs on a daily basis. Moreover, we have with us cad system machines, 3D poster creation, etc., which aids us in visualizing the appearance of fabric virtually wrapped around a model. Furthermore, we have a bitloom sample to have a clear idea of the fabric feel and weave and sample beams for making small quantity for sampling (up-to 100 mts.)

Warehousing and Packaging

We have at our disposal a huge, commodious and temperature-controlled warehouse where we safely stock our range of fabrics in a well-organized manner. A team of well qualified storekeepers manages this unit, ensuring it remains free of moisture and dampness. We also have a sophisticated packaging unit where our packing personnel pack our range of fabrics using attractive and optimum packaging material keeping client's specific packaging requirements in mind.
